Bourdin: An engraved alarum carriage clock with duplex escapement and side thermometers, circular white enamel dial signed Bourdin, Hr. de Roi, Rue de la Paix 24 a Paris. Subsidiary alarm dial against an engraved mask, the repeating movement in a case flanked by twin thermometers let into mother o' pearl side panels. (ref. Roberts, Derek:p76, Fig 4-12)
